The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the S&P CNX NiftyTM (the "underlying index"). The fund will collectively invest at least 80% of the fund's total assets in securities that comprise the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. The underlying index measures the equity performance of the top 50 companies by market capitalization whose equity securities trade in the Indian securities markets. The fund is non-diversified.
