Monro Muffler Brake, Inc. provides automotive undercar repair and tire services in the United States. The company offers a range of services on passenger cars, light trucks, and vans for brakes; mufflers and exhaust systems; and steering, drive train, suspension, and wheel alignment. It also provides other products and services that comprise tires and routine maintenance services, including state inspections. The company's maintenance services include oil change, heating and cooling system flush and fill service, belt installation, fuel system service, and a transmission flush and fill service. In addition, it replaces and services batteries, starters, and alternators, as well as offer air conditioning services. The company operates its stores under the Monro Muffler Brake & Service, Tread Quarters Discount Tire, Mr. Tire, Autotire Car Care Center, and Tire Warehouse names. As of March 31, 2012, it had 803 company-operated stores, 3 franchised locations, and 14 dealer locations located in 20 states. Monro Muffler Brake, Inc. was founded in 1957 and is headquartered in Rochester, New York.
