Grayscale Bitcoin Adopters ETF seeks investment results that track the performance (before fees and expenses) of the Indxx Bitcoin Adopters Index. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in the constituents that comprise the index. The index is designed by Indxx (the "index provider") to consist of U.S. and non-U.S. equity securities of companies that have been classified by the index provider as having adopted Bitcoin as an asset for corporate treasury management. The fund is non-diversified.
