Dakota Active Equity ETF seeks to achieve capital appreciation. The fund is an actively managed exchange traded fund ("ETF") that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing directly or indirectly through other ETFs, in a portfolio of U.S. equity securities. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of U.S. companies or underlying ETFs that provide exposure to equity securities of U.S. companies. The fund is non-diversified.
