Graphex Group Limited, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the processing and sale of graphite and graphene products in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and internationally. The company operates through two segments: Graphene Products and Related Businesses, and Other Businesses. It provides spherical graphite to produce Li-Ion battery anodes; coated spherical graphite that is used to form the Li-Ion battery anode; and synthetic graphite.
