Simplify VettaFi Private Credit Strategy ETF seeks income and capital appreciation. The fund is an actively managed ETF. The adviser seeks to fulfill both the income and capital appreciation aspects the fund's investment objective by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in securities included in the VettaFi Private Credit Index and/or through instruments that seek to track the returns of the constituents of the index. The fund is non-diversified.
