AAM Transformers ETF seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the Pence Transformers Index. The fund uses a "passive management" (or indexing) approach to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the index. The index is a rules-based index that measures the performance of U.S.-listed common equity securities, including American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") for foreign securities, of companies poised to benefit from a significant disruption and/or transformation of consumer behavior and technological innovation.
