The Materials Select Sector SPDR Premium Income Fund seeks to provide current income while maintaining prospects for long term growth of capital. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in a combination of securities of Materials companies (either directly or indirectly through an underlying ETF) and investments that produce premium income. Materials companies comprise companies included in the Materials sector of the S&P 500 Index, as determined by the Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS). The fund is non-diversified.
