Five9 Rolls Out Enterprise AI Customer Experience Solution With Google Cloud

Five9, Inc. (NASDAQ:FIVN) on Monday disclosed an expanded partnership with Alphabet Inc.’s (NASDAQ:GOOG) Google Cloud and introduced a joint Enterprise CX AI solution.

The integrated solution will help large organizations to deliver seamless, intelligent, and AI-powered customer experiences.

The joint offering integrates the Five9 AI-Infused Intelligent CX Platform with Google Cloud’s Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience, Gemini models, and Vertex AI, enabling intelligent, personalized, and seamless customer interactions across all channels.

The combined solution delivers a unified experience for agents, supervisors, and administrators by integrating workflows, analytics, and AI support, while enabling faster, more personalized customer interactions and giving enterprises the flexibility to innovate, scale, and operate with confidence.

The expanded partnership includes a strengthened go-to-market approach to modernize customer experiences across industries such as retail, financial services, and healthcare, while enabling customers and partners to buy Five9 through Google Cloud Marketplace with simplified procurement, unified billing, and the ability to use existing Google Cloud spend commitments.

CEO Transition

In December, Five9 disclosed the appointment of Amit Mathradas as the Chief Executive Officer and a director, effective February 2, 2026.

Mathradas will succeed Board Chairman Mike Burkland as CEO following Burkland’s previously announced decision to retire in July.

FIVN Price Action: Five9 shares were up 0.36% at $19.76 during premarket trading on Tuesday, according to Benzinga Pro data.
