Entegris, Inc. (NASDAQ:ENTG) stock fell Tuesday after the company disclosed that Linda LaGorga will step down as Chief Financial Officer by mutual agreement, effective February 28, 2026.
Mike Sauer, the company's VP, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer, will take over as Interim CFO on March 1, 2026, while continuing his current duties.
LaGorga will remain with Entegris as a Senior Advisor through May 15, 2026, to ensure a smooth transition.
Entegris President and CEO Dave Reeder thanked outgoing CFO Linda LaGorga for her service, saying she played a key role in strengthening the company's long-term foundation and wishing her well in her next chapter.
LaGorga, in turn, said it had been a privilege to serve as CFO and expressed pride in the team's accomplishments, adding that she has "the utmost confidence" in its ability to capitalize on future growth opportunities.
Reeder also said the company is "fortunate" to have Mike step in as interim CFO, citing his strong financial expertise, deep institutional knowledge, and understanding of the semiconductor industry, and noted that the finance function remains in capable hands as Entegris searches for a permanent CFO.
The company said LaGorga's departure was not related to any disagreements with management or the board over operations, financial results, accounting practices, or disclosures.
