La Rosa Holdings Corp (NASDAQ:LRHC) on Wednesday announced that it has acquired the remaining 49% ownership interest in its franchisee, La Rosa Realty Lakeland LLC (doing business as La Rosa Realty Prestige).
With this transaction, Prestige is now a wholly owned subsidiary of La Rosa.
The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Prestige operates in Lakeland, Florida, with an additional branch office in Winter Haven, serving the broader Central Florida market.
Over the last 12 months, Prestige ranked third among real estate brokerages in Polk County, Florida, based on agent count and total real estate sales volume.
Prestige generated approximately $5.1 million in revenue for the trailing twelve months ended September 30, 2025, and reported positive net income during that period.
Joe La Rosa, CEO of La Rosa, noted that Prestige, with 138 agents and 420 transactions completed last year, has significantly contributed to their Central Florida presence.
Strategic Land Acquisition for AI Data Center
Recently, La Rosa signed a contract to purchase a strategically located parcel of land in Osceola County, Central Florida.
The acquisition, set to close on June 15, 2026, is subject to customary closing conditions.
The land acquisition supports the development of a cutting-edge Tier III AI data center to meet increasing demand for high-performance computing and data processing infrastructure.
The 10,000-square-foot facility is expected to support an estimated IT load of ~1,500 kW.
LRHC Price Action: La Rosa Holdings shares were up 5.52% at $1.53 during premarket trading on Wednesday. The stock is trading near its 52-week low of $1.14, according to Benzinga Pro data.
