Baidu, Inc. (NASDAQ:BIDU)’s revenue from AI Cloud Infra sat at RMB 5.8 billion in Q4 2025, while the subscription-based revenue from AI accelerator infrastructure rose 143% YoY.
The company’s net income came at RMB1.8 billion (or $255 Mn), while its AI Cloud Infra saw strong momentum. Its differentiated full-stack end-to-end AI capabilities earning continued to grow enterprise recognition.

Also, it continues to accelerate international expansion in new markets. In Q4 2025, Apollo Go delivered 3.4 million fully driverless operational rides.
