Since opening in 1966, Caesars Palace has set the standard for luxury and hospitality in Las Vegas, combining Roman-inspired grandeur, world-class entertainment and unforgettable dining. Available through Dec. 31, anniversary offerings at acclaimed restaurants, including concepts from Gordon Ramsay, Bobby Flay, Nobu Matsuhisa, Guy Savoy and Dominique Ansel, as well as Bacchanal Buffet and Peter Luger Steak House, pay tribute to the dishes and traditions that helped shape the property’s early years. From vintage steakhouse favorites and French classics to nostalgic buffet selections and commemorative cocktails, the menus celebrate six decades of culinary excellence.
“Few resorts have shaped the Las Vegas experience quite like Caesars Palace,” said Sean McBurney, Chief Commercial Officer and Regional President of Caesars Entertainment. “For 60 years, it has remained one of the city’s defining destinations, with dining playing an integral role in its evolution. These anniversary offerings honor the culinary legacy that helped make the resort an icon. We couldn’t be more excited for the next chapter of exceptional dining and hospitality.”
CELEBRATING DECADES OF DINING
Bacchanal Buffet
A dedicated anniversary station at the buffet showcases a collection of nostalgic favorites inspired by the signature dishes that defined Caesars Palace's early years.
Fun fact: Long before Bacchanal Buffet became one of Las Vegas' most celebrated dining destinations, the original Bacchanal restaurant transported guests to ancient Rome, where toga-clad attendants served gourmet feasts in a lavish Roman banquet setting.
Anniversary menu items at Bacchanal Buffet include:
Gordon Ramsay HELL’S KITCHEN
The Senate Supper ($115), a special three-course prix fixe menu, captures the luxury and decadence of the high-roller era that shaped early Las Vegas. The dishes are also available à la carte.
Amalfi by Bobby Flay
The La Dolce Vita menu celebrates the Italian-American dishes that were staples of restaurant dining during the decade Caesars Palace opened its doors.
Brasserie B Parisian Steakhouse by Bobby Flay
Parisian charm and classic French indulgence take center stage with the Parisian Opulence menu, inspired by the European sophistication woven into Caesars Palace's early identity.
Peter Luger Steak House
In honor of Caesars Palace's opening year, select classic steakhouse offerings are available for $66.26, a nod to 1966 and 2026.
Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill
The Showgirls & Smoke ($90) prix-fixe menu pays homage to the classic supper clubs and legendary dining experiences that shaped vintage Las Vegas. Guests may also enjoy the dishes à la carte.
Nobu Restaurant
Inspired by the teppanyaki dining experiences that gained popularity in the U.S. during the 1960s, Nobu's exclusive anniversary menu ($266) reimagines the era through Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's signature Japanese-Peruvian style.
Stanton Social Italian
The Laurel and Gold Experience ($95) highlights the continental flavors, tableside flair and rich presentations featured in upscale dining in 1966. The selections are also available à la carte.
Dominique Ansel Las Vegas
A special Caesars Palace anniversary edition of the signature Cronut® pastry adds a festive touch to the 60th celebration.
Restaurant Guy Savoy
Beginning Tuesday, July 28, guests can enjoy a special à la carte menu featuring classic French dishes that became synonymous with fine dining in the 1960s.
60th Anniversary Cocktails
Guests can toast to the anniversary with specialty cocktails at participating bars and lounges throughout Caesars Palace.
