DraftKings Expands IC360 Integrity Monitoring Agreement to Predictions Platform

DraftKings Inc. (NASDAQ:DKNG) has expanded its agreement with Integrity Compliance 360, Inc. (IC360), extending the company’s integrity and compliance technology across both its sportsbook and predictions businesses.

The arrangement will deploy IC360’s full suite of monitoring technology across DraftKings Sportsbook and DraftKings Predictions, the company’s event-based prediction market platform.

IC360 described the agreement as the first single-operator integration within its ProhiBet and ProhiTrade secure network.

DraftKings Adds Four IC360 Technologies

The expanded deployment brings four IC360 products under a single agreement: Integrity Monitoring, ProhiBet, ProhiTrade and ProhiBet Bad Actors.

The technology is designed to help identify prohibited activity, monitor potential integrity issues and support compliance across sports betting and prediction markets.

By extending the system to DraftKings Predictions, the company is applying the monitoring framework across a broader range of its consumer market offerings.

IC360 Highlights Cross-Platform Monitoring

IC360 Chief Commercial Officer Ali Schempp said the agreement reflects the growing need for integrity systems capable of operating across multiple verticals as consumer market offerings continue to expand.

IC360 provides technology and advisory services focused on integrity and regulatory requirements across sports betting, iGaming and prediction markets.

The expanded partnership gives DraftKings a common integrity and compliance framework spanning its sportsbook and prediction-market operations as the company develops its presence across both areas.
