Nebius Shares Jump 11.1% Following GPU Cloud Service Price Increases

By Fiona Craig | September 17, 2026, 8:04 AM

Nebius Group NV (NASDAQ:NBIS) shares surged 11.1% in pre-market trading after the company notified customers of price increases across its on-demand GPU cloud services, effective 1 October 2026.

The adjustments include increases of approximately 17% for Nvidia H100 instances and 21% for the newer Nvidia B300 GPU. Rates for AMD EPYC Genoa CPUs will rise by 25%.

The announcement marks Nebius’s second round of price increases within a few months, with the cumulative increase for B300 instances reaching approximately 56%.

The changes come amid continued demand for artificial intelligence computing infrastructure, although the company has not disclosed the expected financial impact of the latest adjustments.

Higher Prices Highlight Demand for AI Computing Capacity

The new pricing structure raises the cost of accessing Nebius’s on-demand computing services, which provide GPU and CPU resources for artificial intelligence workloads.

The successive increases suggest that Nebius is seeking to capture additional revenue from its existing infrastructure as demand for AI computing capacity remains elevated.

The changes could support revenue growth and margins, although their eventual impact will depend on customer demand, utilisation rates and operating costs.

The announcement also drew attention to pricing conditions across the specialised cloud infrastructure sector, where providers supply computing resources for AI development and deployment.

Other cloud computing companies also recorded gains in pre-market trading following the news.

Shares Advance Following Federal Reserve Decision

The price announcement came against a backdrop of gains in the broader US equity market.

The S&P 500, Dow Jones and Nasdaq all advanced following the Federal Reserve’s decision on 16 September to raise its benchmark interest rate by 25 basis points to a target range of 3.75%–4.00%.

The rate increase had been widely anticipated, and major US equity indices moved higher following the announcement.

Nebius shares climbed towards $232.50 in pre-market trading, compared with their previous closing price of $209.37.

The 11.1% advance followed the company’s pricing announcement, which provided investors with new information about its revenue strategy for on-demand AI computing services.
