Closing Bell ceremony celebrating Pasqal’s recent public listing and marking its next chapter as a publicly traded company

PARIS and NEW YORK, Sept. 17, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pasqal (NASDAQ: PSQL), a global leader in neutral-atom quantum computing, today announced that it will ring the Nasdaq Closing Bell on September 17, 2026, marking the company’s recent public listing under the ticker symbol PSQL.

The ceremony marks an important milestone in Pasqal’s journey, from pioneering quantum computing research to developing and deploying quantum solutions that address real-world challenges today. Pasqal is working with businesses, research institutions and public authorities around the world to explore and deliver practical applications of quantum computing across industries.

As a public company, Pasqal intends to accelerate the global deployment of its quantum computing platform, support continued innovation, and expand the adoption of quantum computing in commercial and public-sector applications worldwide. The company's focus remains firmly on translating advances in quantum technology into solutions that can address complex problems beyond the reach of today's most powerful classical computers.

“Ringing the Nasdaq Closing Bell is a proud moment for us and for everyone, from our employees and founders to our investors, who has contributed to building the company we are today,” said Wasiq Bokhari, Chief Executive Officer of Pasqal. “Pasqal was founded on the belief that the neutral-atom approach to quantum computing could deliver high-value solutions to real-world, complex challenges. Today, we are seeing that belief translate into concrete opportunities for businesses, researchers, and public-sector organizations. This milestone reflects how far we have come, but more importantly, it opens a new chapter for what we’re building next. We look forward to continuing to advance our technology, expand our international presence, and work alongside our customers and partners to deliver the benefits of quantum computing today.”

The Nasdaq Closing Bell ceremony will take place on September 17, 2026 at 4 p.m. ET at the Nasdaq MarketSite in Times Square, New York City. The ceremony will be livestreamed on Nasdaq’s official channels and can be viewed at: Bell Ringing Ceremony.
