TD SYNNEX Shares Fall Premarket Despite Q3 Revenue and Earnings Above Estimates

TD SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE:SNX) shares fell 3.44% in premarket trading on Thursday after the company reported third-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue and adjusted earnings per share above analyst estimates and issued fourth-quarter guidance.

For the quarter ended August 31, 2026, TD SYNNEX reported adjusted earnings per share of $5.68, compared with the analyst consensus estimate of $4.64.

Revenue increased 37.7% year-on-year to $21.6 billion from $15.7 billion, exceeding the consensus estimate of $18.79 billion.

The company attributed the results to performance across its Distribution and Hyve businesses, citing enterprise artificial intelligence adoption and data-centre modernisation as factors supporting demand.

Adjusted Operating Income Rises 55.1%

Adjusted operating income increased 55.1% from the same period a year earlier to $736 million.

Adjusted operating margin rose by 39 basis points to 3.42%.

“We delivered another record quarter, with Distribution and Hyve both performing above our expectations and growing above market,” said Patrick Zammit, CEO of TD SYNNEX. “Enterprise AI adoption is progressing toward broader production deployments.”

The statements regarding segment performance and enterprise AI adoption represent management’s assessment of the company’s results and market conditions.

TD SYNNEX Forecasts Q4 Adjusted EPS of $5.65 to $6.15

For the fourth quarter, TD SYNNEX expects adjusted earnings per share of between $5.65 and $6.15.

The midpoint of the range is $5.90, compared with the analyst consensus estimate of $4.87.

The company forecasts fourth-quarter revenue of between $21.8 billion and $22.6 billion. The midpoint of $22.2 billion compares with the consensus estimate of $19.44 billion.

The outlook represents management’s current expectations for the fourth quarter and does not constitute achieved financial results.

Company Returns $139 Million to Shareholders

TD SYNNEX returned approximately $139 million to shareholders during the third quarter, comprising about $100 million of share repurchases and $38 million of dividend payments.

The company also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.48 per share, an increase of 9% year-on-year.

The dividend is scheduled to be paid on October 30, 2026.
