ServiceNow (NYSE:NOW) shares rose 2.5% to $137.40 in premarket trading as the company co-hosted the Fortune AIQ Summit at the New York Stock Exchange, an event focused on the deployment and scaling of artificial intelligence within businesses.
The one-day summit is centred on practical applications of AI across enterprises, providing ServiceNow with an opportunity to present its role in enterprise AI and software automation.
ServiceNow shares also traded higher alongside gains in partner Accenture (NYSE:ACN), whose shares rose 18% following the release of its latest financial results and guidance.
Analysts Raise ServiceNow Price Targets
Several analysts have increased their price targets for ServiceNow over the past two weeks.
Deutsche Bank raised its target to $155 from $135 while maintaining a Buy rating, citing the company’s quarterly performance. Cantor Fitzgerald increased its target to $174, while Needham moved its target to $155, with both firms maintaining positive ratings.

ServiceNow Raises 2026 Subscription Revenue Guidance
ServiceNow previously reported second-quarter 2026 subscription revenue of $3.877 billion, representing year-on-year growth of 24.5%.
The company also raised its full-year 2026 subscription revenue guidance to between $15.76 billion and $15.78 billion.
ServiceNow’s next earnings release is expected around October 27-28.
The shares remained below their 52-week high of $192.97. The difference between the current share price and previous highs does not indicate future performance.
