Zscaler Inc. (NASDAQ:ZS) shares gained 2.2% in premarket trading on Tuesday after the cybersecurity company reaffirmed its revenue and adjusted earnings guidance for fiscal 2027.
The company maintained its full-year revenue forecast at between $3.91 billion and $3.94 billion. The range compares with a Bloomberg consensus estimate of $3.93 billion.
Zscaler also reiterated its adjusted earnings per share guidance of $4.86 to $4.90 for the fiscal year, compared with the consensus estimate of $4.89.
First-Quarter Outlook Maintained
For the first quarter, Zscaler maintained its revenue guidance of between $935 million and $939 million.
The range includes the consensus estimate of $938 million.
The company also reaffirmed its first-quarter adjusted earnings per share forecast of $1.15 to $1.16, compared with the consensus estimate of $1.16.

Zscaler reaffirmed the forecasts in conjunction with its Investor Day.
During the event, executives discussed the company’s strategy, platform innovation, go-to-market priorities and factors management considers relevant to its longer-term growth.
