Today's Featured Research Reports
Eli Lilly’s shares have outperformed the Zacks Large Cap Pharmaceuticals industry over the year-to-date period (+31.9% vs. +26.2%). The company’s Q3 earnings and sales beat estimates. Demand for its popular GLP-1 drugs, Mounjaro and Zepbound, remains strong, making them the company’s key top-line drivers.
Lilly’s other new drugs like Kisunla, Omvoh and Jaypirca are also contributing to top-line growth. It is also making rapid pipeline progress in obesity and diabetes. Its new oral GLP-1 obesity pill, Foundayo, is expected to be a commercial game-changer. Its next-generation weight loss pill, retatrutide, if approved, could become another multibillion-dollar product.
Over the past couple of years, Lilly has announced several M&A deals aimed at diversifying beyond GLP-1 drugs and expanding its presence in immunology, oncology and neuroscience. Rising pricing pressure on some drugs and potential competition in the GLP-1 market are some top-line headwinds.

Shares of Cisco have outperformed the Zacks Computer - Networking industry over the year-to-date period (+34.3% vs. +33.7%). The company’s prospects are benefiting from broad demand across networking, security and collaboration. AI infrastructure orders, integrated silicon and an end-of-support refresh opportunity support a multi-year networking cycle, while newer security products and Splunk’s recovery broaden the growth base.
Cisco also retains operating leverage and continues to return cash to shareholders. Offsetting these positives, a hardware-led revenue mix is expected to limit gross-margin expansion, while services recovery should remain gradual. Competition across networking and security still requires sustained product execution.
Acquisition exposure and an elevated valuation leave less room for disappointment. The breadth of durable growth drivers outweighs these execution, margin and valuation risks, supporting the Outperform recommendation.

KLA’s shares have outperformed the Zacks Electronics - Miscellaneous Products industry over the year-to-date period (+26.5% vs. +12.5%). The company remains positioned to outperform as AI infrastructure spending broadens demand for process control across leading-edge logic, memory and advanced packaging. Rising chip complexity, larger die sizes and tighter defect requirements should increase inspection and metrology intensity.
A growing backlog and expanding supply capacity provide visibility into 2027, while new fabs and advanced packaging offer further growth opportunities. Services add recurring revenue as the installed base expands. Operating profitability and cash generation support shareholder returns.
KLA’s differentiated portfolio and scale support long-term earnings growth. Semiconductor cyclicality, customer concentration, export restrictions and elevated component costs remain risks, but structural demand and share opportunities outweigh these concerns.

Shares of Oil-Dri Corporation of America have outperformed the Zacks Chemical - Diversified industry over the year-to-date period (+43.5% vs. +23.2%). This microcap company with a market capitalization of $1.01 billion has a diversified portfolio, spanning fluids purification, cat litter, agriculture and animal health, supports its long-term growth prospects.
Exposure to multiple filtration markets and strong customer retention provide revenue stability despite demand fluctuations. Expansion across cat litter formats, private-label offerings and distribution channels creates additional growth opportunities.
Strengthening agriculture demand and Amlan’s expanding customer base further support business diversification. Healthy cash generation and financial flexibility enable continued investments, strategic acquisitions and shareholder returns. Its vertically integrated operations, substantial mineral reserves and manufacturing investments reinforce supply reliability and operational resilience.

NVE’s shares have outperformed the Zacks Electronics - Semiconductors industry over the year-to-date period (+35.3% vs. +9.2%). This microcap company with a market capitalization of $370.81 million has completed manufacturing expansion, which strengthens its ability to scale production while reducing the need for significant near-term capital spending.
Growing adoption of miniaturized spintronic sensors in medical devices, industrial automation and robotics provides opportunities for long-term revenue growth. Rising distributor demand, new customer engagement and early design wins could support revenue diversification and gradually reduce reliance on large orders.
NVE’s differentiated sensor technology, high isolation performance and intellectual property portfolio reinforce its competitive positioning in specialized applications. Expansion into robotics, precision motion systems and power conversion offers additional growth potential as customer programs advance toward commercialization.
