PepsiCo (NASDAQ:PEP) has renewed its beverage supply agreement with KFC across eight international markets, extending a longstanding commercial relationship between the food and beverage companies. The agreement covers Australia, India, the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Belgium.
According to a company announcement, the renewed partnership will see PepsiCo continue supplying a selection of its beverage brands to KFC restaurants, while supporting product innovation and joint promotional initiatives.
The agreement builds on a relationship spanning several decades and multiple international regions, including Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific and Latin America.
Financial details of the renewed agreement were not disclosed.
Under the renewed arrangement, PepsiCo will maintain its position as a beverage supplier to KFC across the eight participating markets.
The selection of drinks includes Pepsi Zero Sugar, Pepsi MAX, Pepsi MAX Cherry, Lipton Peach Iced Tea and 7UP.
Product availability will differ between countries, reflecting local consumer preferences and the beverage offerings available in individual markets.
The partnership allows KFC to continue offering established PepsiCo brands alongside its food products, while providing PepsiCo with an established distribution channel through the restaurant operator.
The agreement covers a combination of mature European markets and major international markets, including India and Australia.
The renewal also reinforces PepsiCo’s presence in the foodservice sector, where relationships with restaurant chains provide opportunities to reach consumers outside traditional retail channels.
PepsiCo and KFC have maintained a commercial relationship for several decades, with their collaboration extending across multiple regions.
The companies have worked together in markets throughout the Middle East, Europe, Asia-Pacific and Latin America, combining KFC’s restaurant network with PepsiCo’s beverage portfolio.
The latest agreement renews their cooperation in eight countries, supporting continuity in beverage supply and providing a framework for further joint product development.
The partnership also reflects the importance of international restaurant operators to beverage companies seeking to maintain brand visibility and expand consumption opportunities.
For KFC, access to established beverage brands supports its food and drink offering across different markets.

The renewed partnership also includes Doritos Loaded, a co-branded menu product available in selected markets.
The offering combines KFC chicken tenders with Doritos corn tortilla chips and Mexican-inspired toppings.
The product brings together brands from the two companies’ portfolios, demonstrating how their commercial relationship extends beyond conventional beverage supply.
Doritos Loaded also provides an example of menu innovation designed to combine familiar products into new restaurant offerings.
Availability is limited to selected markets, and the companies did not provide details about a wider international rollout.
The initiative illustrates the potential for further collaboration involving food products, beverages and joint marketing activities.
Eugene Willemsen, Chief Executive Officer of International Beverages at PepsiCo, highlighted KFC’s international performance and the role of innovation in the renewed relationship.
“KFC continues to build strong momentum across its international markets,” Willemsen said.
“PepsiCo is responding rapidly to changing consumer trends, introducing new capabilities and leading product innovations to help KFC develop a more modern, distinctive and relevant beverage business worldwide,” he added.
His comments emphasised PepsiCo’s intention to support KFC’s international operations through product development and a beverage portfolio adapted to changing consumer preferences.
The partnership also provides opportunities for the companies to coordinate new offerings and promotional activities across participating markets.
