AB Corporate Bond ETF seeks to maximize total return through current income and long-term capital appreciation. The fund pursues its objective by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets, including any borrowings for investment purposes, in investment grade fixed-income securities of corporate issuers. Corporate issuers may include corporate or other business entities in which a sovereign or governmental agency or entity may have, indirectly or directly, an interest, including a majority or greater ownership interest.
