The Software segment engages in software development for calculating reliability and safety data, for collecting and reporting incidents and faults, as well as databases. The Software Testing and Outsourcing segment provides solutions and services in the fields of test engineering, formation and characterization of processes, establishment of test groups and laboratories, development of quality indices, implementation of test methodologies in accordance with the organization's strategy and placement of employees in the above fields. The company was founded by Zigmund Bluvband on June 13, 1984 and is headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel.
