iShares U.S. Pharmaceuticals ETF seeks to track the investment results of the Dow Jones U.S. Select Pharmaceuticals Index. The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its assets in the component securities of its underlying index and in investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the component securities of its underlying index. The underlying index measures the performance of the pharmaceuticals sector of the U.S. equity market. The underlying index includes pharmaceutical companies such as manufacturers of prescription or over-the-counter drugs or vaccines. The fund is non-diversified.
