iShares U.S. Home Construction ETF seeks to track the investment results of the Dow Jones U.S. Select Home Construction Index composed of U.S. equities in the home construction sector. The index measures the performance of the home construction sector of the U.S. equity market, as defined by the index provider. The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its assets in the component securities of its underlying index and in investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the component securities of its underlying index. It is non-diversified.
