First Trust Indxx Global Medical Devices ETF seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of an index called the Indxx Global Medical Equipment Index. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in the common stocks and depositary receipts that comprise the index. The index is composed of common stock and depositary receipts issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies that comprise the medical devices industry, as determined by the index Provider. The fund is non-diversified.
