Skylar Electricity Futures ETF is an actively managed fund seeking structural power demand exposure by investing at least 80% of net assets in U.S. cash-settled electricity futures contracts-primarily on the ERCOT and PJM regional transmission organization (RTO) power hubs-and associated total return swaps, backed by collateral instruments such as U.S. Treasury securities and short-duration fixed-income ETFs. The fund actively selects and rolls futures with less than two years to expiry across liquid power hubs to optimize regional diversification, manage execution costs, and mitigate negative roll yield from market contango.
