Invesco International Dividend Achievers ETF seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the NASDAQ International Dividend AchieversTM Index. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index is composed of Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") that are listed on the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") or the London International Exchange, American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs"), non-U.S. common or ordinary stocks, limited partnership interests and shares of limited liability companies that are listed on the NYSE.
