Tema MLCC & PowerSemi ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that under normal circumstances invests at least 80% of its net assets in domestic and foreign common and preferred stocks of power semiconductor and electronic component companies. The fund targets companies deriving revenue from or strategically focused on wide bandgap materials like Gallium Nitride and Silicon Carbide, power management integrated circuits, discrete analog semiconductors, capacitors, data center power management systems, and specialized semiconductor packaging.
