Innovator U.S. Small Cap Managed Floor ETF seeks to provide capital appreciation while seeking to limit the amount of losses experienced by investors (prior to taking into account management fees and other fees). The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (including borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of U.S. small capitalization companies and option contracts that give economic exposure to equity securities of U.S. small capitalization companies. The fund is non-diversified.
