First Trust Large Cap US Equity Select ETF seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the Nasdaq Riskalyze US Large Cap IndexTM. The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets in the common stocks and real estate investment trusts ("REITs") that comprise the index. The index is designed to select dividend-paying securities issued by large capitalization U.S. companies.
