First Trust Nasdaq Artificial Intelligence and Robotics ETF seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of an index called the Nasdaq CTA Artificial Intelligence and Robotics IndexSM (the "index"). The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in common stocks and depositary receipts that comprise the index. The index is designed to track the performance of companies engaged in the artificial intelligence ("AI") and robotics segments of the technology, industrial and other economic sectors.
