Themes US Small Cap Cash Flow Champions ETF seeks to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of the Solactive US Small Cap Cash Flow Champions Index. The index is a free-float adjusted, market capitalization weighted index that is designed to provide exposure to small capitalization U.S. companies that have a high cash flow yield. The fund will invest, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in the securities that comprise the index. The fund is non-diversified.
