ProShares Russell 2000 Dividend Growers ETF seeks investment results, before fees and expenses, that track the performance of the Russell 2000 Dividend Growth Index (the "index"). Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in component securities of the index. The index contains a minimum of 40 stocks, which are equally weighted. No single sector is allowed to comprise more than 30% of the index weight.
