Zacks Small/Mid Cap ETF seeks to generate positive risk-adjusted returns. The fund seeks to generate positive risk-adjusted returns (positive rate of return after adjustment for the amount of risk taken) by, under normal circumstances, investing at least 80% of its net assets (including any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of small and midsize companies listed on U.S. stock exchanges or derivatives linked to such securities.
