Procure Space ETF seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before the fund's fees and expenses, of an equity index called the "S-Network Space Index". The fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets in companies of the underlying index that receive at least 50% of their revenues or profits from space-related businesses. The underlying index is designed to serve as an equity benchmark for a globally traded portfolio of companies that are engaged in space-related business, such as those utilizing satellite technology. The fund is non-diversified.
