iShares MSCI Global Quality Factor ETF seeks to track the investment results of the MSCI ACWI Quality Index. The underlying index seeks to capture the performance of quality growth stocks by identifying stocks within the parent index that exhibit higher quality growth characteristics of high return on equity, stable year-over-year earnings growth and low financial leverage. The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its assets in the component securities of its index and in investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the component securities of its index. The fund is non-diversified.
