Rare Earths Americas, Inc. is an exploration stage company. It engages in advancing a portfolio of rare earth mineral assets. It operates under the United States Mining Operations and Brazil Mining Operations segments. The Brazil mining operation is comprised of Alpha Minerals Brazil Participacoes Ltda, which primarily operates two sites in Brazil. The United States mining operation includes FRE Australia, a consolidated variable interest entity, which operates a site in the state of Georgia in the United States. The company was founded in February 2025 and is headquartered in Manchester, GA.
