Roundhill UBER WeeklyPay ETF seeks to pay weekly distributions. The secondary investment objective is to provide calendar week returns, before fees and expenses, that correspond to 1.2 times (120%) the calendar week total return of common shares of Uber Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: UBER) ("UBER"). The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in swaps that utilize UBER as the reference asset and in shares of UBER. The fund is non-diversified.
