iShares Factors US Growth Style ETF seeks to track the investment results of the Russell US Large Cap Factors Growth Style Index composed of U.S. large- and mid-capitalization stocks with favorable exposure to target style factors subject to constraints. The underlying index is designed to select equity securities from the Russell 1000 Growth Index, which in turn is a subset of the Russell 1000 Index. It generally will invest at least 80% of its assets in the component securities of its underlying index and in investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the component securities of its underlying index. The fund is non-diversified.
