Jpmorgan Active Bond ETF seeks to deliver total return from a portfolio of investment grade intermediate- and long-term bonds. The fund seeks to outperform (based on the fund's total return, gross of fees) the Bloomberg U.S. Aggregate Bond Index (the benchmark) over a market cycle, typically a 3-5 year time horizon. As a matter of non-fundamental policy, under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its assets in bonds.
