Pacer S&P 500 Quality FCF R&D Leaders ETF tracks a rules-based index of 50 S&P 500 companies that demonstrate high innovation investment through significant research and development (R&D) expenditure while maintaining strong fundamental quality. The strategy utilizes a dual-factor screen to identify firms in the top half of the S&P 500 by free cash flow (FCF) margin and return on invested capital (ROIC), subsequently ranking and weighting eligible constituents by their R&D intensity scores.
