ProShares Short Ether Strategy ETF seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to the inverse (-1x) of the daily performance of the S&P CME Ether Futures Index. The fund invests in financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should produce daily returns consistent with the daily target. The index measures the performance of the front-month ether futures contract trading on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. In order to obtain inverse or "short" exposure, the advisor intends to enter into cash-settled ether futures contracts as the "seller." The fund is non-diversified.
