VictoryShares Emerging Markets Value Momentum ETF seeks investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the Nasdaq Victory Emerging Market Value Momentum Index. The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in securities in the index, depositary receipts on securities in the index and securities underlying depositary receipts in the index. The index is designed to deliver exposure to equity market performance in the global emerging markets and provide higher exposure to value and momentum factors within the parent index while also maintaining moderate Index turnover and lower realized volatility than traditional capitalization weighted indexes.
