VistaShares Defense Supercycle ETF is an actively managed fund that invests in a portfolio of global defense procurement supply chain companies deriving at least 50 percent of revenues or assets from defense sensors, electronic warfare, military propulsion, naval combat systems, guided missile components, defense space systems, or ground vehicle systems. The sub-adviser actively selects portfolio holdings using the BITA VistaShares Defense Supercycle Index as an initial baseline while exercising investment discretion to reallocate assets, capture initial public offerings, and adapt to corporate and geopolitical developments.
