Pacer Barings CLO Market Flex ETF invests at least 80% of its net assets in collateralized loan obligation (CLO) debt investments across various rating categories (AAA down to BB or below), seeking to maintain a portfolio-wide average credit rating of investment-grade quality (BBB- or above). The actively managed fund primarily targets U.S. dollar-denominated CLOs backed by pools of senior secured, unsecured, or subordinate corporate loans issued in the broadly syndicated and private markets, utilizing currency hedging for any non-U.S. dollar holdings.
