2x Bitcoin Strategy ETF seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to two times (2x) the daily performance of the S&P CME Bitcoin Futures Daily Roll Index. The fund generally will invest in Bitcoin Futures Contracts through its Subsidiary and in Collateral Investments. The index measures the performance of the return from a rolling long position in the two nearest maturing Bitcoin futures contracts trading on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange ("CME"). The fund is non-diversified.
