CYBER HORNET S&P 500 and Ethereum 75/25 Strategy ETF seeks to replicate, before fees and expenses, the total return of the S&P 500 and S&P Ether Futures 75/25 Blend Index. The index measures the weighted return performance of a multi-asset strategy that consists of a 75% weight in the S&P 500 Index and a 25% weight in the S&P Ether Futures Index. The fund will invest approximately 75% of its assets in the stock of large U.S. companies that comprise the S&P 500 Index and will invest in Ether futures contracts so that the total value of the Ether to which the fund has economic exposure is approximately 25% of the assets of the fund.
