Sophus Capital Emerging Market Small Cap ETF is an actively managed fund that seeks long-term capital appreciation by investing at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities-including common and preferred stock, depositary receipts (ADRs, GDRs, EDRs), and ETFs-issued by small-capitalization companies located in or tied economically to emerging and frontier markets. The strategy combines quantitative screening via a proprietary alpha model ranking approximately 4,500 small-cap stocks with bottom-up fundamental analysis to build a diversified portfolio targeting companies positioned for sustainable earnings growth and positive earnings revisions at attractive valuations.
