Fidelity Short-Term Bond ETF is an actively managed fund that normally invests at least 80% of its assets in a diversified portfolio of investment-grade debt securities of all types and repurchase agreements for those securities. The management strategy focuses on managing overall interest rate risk to mimic the Bloomberg U.S. 1-3 Year Government/Credit Bond Index while maintaining a dollar-weighted average maturity of three years or less through credit analysis, sector allocation, and the tactical use of derivative instruments.
